Steps

  1. Blend garlic, ginger, boiled potatoes, carrots, and sprouts to create a flavorful base
  2. Combine the blended mixture with onion, cabbage, paneer, chickpea flour, melted butter, salt, and chili flakes
  3. Shape the mixture into cutlets
  4. Shallow-fry the cutlets until golden and crispy
  5. For the peanut dip, roast the peanuts
  6. Blend roasted peanuts with dried red chilies, garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, cumin, tamarind, cashew nuts, mint, and cilantro until smooth and creamy
  7. Serve the crispy cutlets with the peanut dip
