Instant Poha Dosa
This instant poha dosa is a game-changer for busy mornings โ no fermentation needed! Made with simple ingredients like poha, rava, and yogurt, it turns out crispy outside and soft inside in just 10 minutes.
Steps
- Soak poha, rava, yogurt, salt, and 2 cups water together in a bowl
- Mix everything nicely and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes
- For chutney, add coconut, red chillies, roasted chana dal, garlic, tamarind, salt, and half cup water to a blender
- Blend into a smooth creamy chutney and set aside
- Blend the soaked poha-rava mixture into a smooth batter
- Transfer batter to a bowl and add 1 tsp eno
- Mix the eno nicely into the batter
- Heat a tawa and pour the batter, spreading slightly to make a thick dosa
- Sprinkle some oil on top, close the lid, and cook on medium flame
- After a minute, flip the dosa and cook on the other side
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
