Rajma Kidney Bean Kebabs

Steps
- Mash the cooked rajma (kidney beans) in a mixing bowl.
- Grate or finely chop the sweet potato, potato, carrot, onion, and bell pepper.
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Add all the vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the mashed rajma.
- Mix in the chickpea flour, almond flour, cheese, chilli flakes (if using), and salt.
- Combine everything until well mixed and the mixture holds together.
- Shape the mixture into kebab patties.
- Cook the kebabs in a pan until crispy and golden on both sides.
