Rajma Kidney Bean Kebabs

These Rajma Kebabs are crispy outside, soft inside, and packed with plant protein and veggies. A healthy, no-deep-fry snack that's perfect for any time of the day.

Steps

  1. Mash the cooked rajma (kidney beans) in a mixing bowl.
  2. Grate or finely chop the sweet potato, potato, carrot, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  4. Add all the vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the mashed rajma.
  5. Mix in the chickpea flour, almond flour, cheese, chilli flakes (if using), and salt.
  6. Combine everything until well mixed and the mixture holds together.
  7. Shape the mixture into kebab patties.
  8. Cook the kebabs in a pan until crispy and golden on both sides.
