Chicken Chow Mein

Steps
- Boil noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan over high heat
- Add chopped garlic and ginger, stir-fry briefly until fragrant
- Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink
- Add sliced onion, shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce, mix well
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
