Chicken Chow Mein

Steps

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan over high heat
  3. Add chopped garlic and ginger, stir-fry briefly until fragrant
  4. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink
  5. Add sliced onion, shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  6. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce, mix well
  7. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  9. Serve hot
