Chicken Blanket Dumplings

Steps
- Mix ground chicken with onion, bell peppers, spring onions, garlic, ginger, egg, soy sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt
- Add sambal oelek or chili sauce if using for extra flavor
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken mixture until done
- Add sauce to the cooked chicken in the pan
- Place dumpling wrappers over the chicken mixture
- Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with spring onions before serving
