Steps
- Combine chicken wings with ginger garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, chili powder, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, egg, and salt in a mixing bowl
- Mix well to coat the chicken evenly
- Let the marinated chicken sit for 15 minutes
- For oil frying: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot and fry the chicken lollipops until crispy and cooked through
- For air frying: Lay chicken lollipops in air fryer basket, spray with avocado oil, and air fry at appropriate temperature for 15 minutes
