Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Cream softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy
- Add milk and oil and mix well
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
- Fold in M&M candies
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking tray using an ice cream scoop
