Chickpea Curry (Chana Masala)

Steps
- Soak chickpeas if using dried, or drain if using canned
- Finely chop onion and tomatoes
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with besan, chili powder, tikka masala powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi to make the marinade
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened
- Add the yogurt-spice mixture and stir well
- Add chickpeas and mix to coat with the gravy
- Cook until chickpeas are heated through and gravy thickens, about 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot with flatbread and sliced onions
