Healthy Paneer Vegetable Curry
This healthy paneer curry proves you don't need cream for rich, comforting flavor. Slow-cooked onions, tomatoes, and milk create a naturally creamy sauce that's packed with vegetables.
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add chopped onions and sauté until soft and golden
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste, cook for 1 minute
- Add tomatoes and cook until they break down and oil separates
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, mix well
- Add carrots, cauliflower, beans, and potatoes, stir to coat with spices
- Pour in milk and bring to a simmer
- Cover and cook until vegetables are tender
- Add paneer cubes and garam masala, cook for 2-3 minutes
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice
