Healthy Paneer Vegetable Curry

This healthy paneer curry proves you don't need cream for rich, comforting flavor. Slow-cooked onions, tomatoes, and milk create a naturally creamy sauce that's packed with vegetables.

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft and golden
  3. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, cook for 1 minute
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until they break down and oil separates
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, mix well
  6. Add carrots, cauliflower, beans, and potatoes, stir to coat with spices
  7. Pour in milk and bring to a simmer
  8. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender
  9. Add paneer cubes and garam masala, cook for 2-3 minutes
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice
