Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

This quick and easy Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry tastes better than takeout and comes together in minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want a healthy, delicious homemade meal.

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add grated ginger and crushed garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced onion and cook until softened.
  5. Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, sugar, sesame seeds, and water.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and pour sauce over everything.
  8. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
  9. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
