Steps
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add grated ginger and crushed garlic, stir fry until fragrant.

- Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
