Chicken Tikka with Green Chutney and Grilled Vegetables

Steps

  1. Add chili flakes, pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, lemon juice, chicken tikka masala, and oil to the chicken thighs and mix well to coat
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 to 30 minutes
  3. Place chicken in air fryer, spray with oil, and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes
  4. Chop red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into 1-inch squares
  5. When chicken is half done, add the vegetables with leftover marinade, spray with oil, and air fry for 5 more minutes
  6. For the chutney, blend green chilies, garlic cloves, Greek yogurt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, and pepper into a smooth paste
  7. Serve the grilled chicken tikka with green chutney and grilled vegetables
