High-Protein Chicken Quesadilla

Steps

  1. Slice the bell peppers and onion
  2. Cook the chicken with taco seasoning in a pan until done
  3. Add the sliced peppers and onions to the pan and sauté until softened
  4. Place tortilla in the pan and add cheese on one half
  5. Top cheese with the chicken and vegetable mixture
  6. Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden and crispy on both sides
  7. Remove from pan, slice, and serve
