High Protein Lentil Pancakes

These savory lentil pancakes are a protein-packed breakfast favorite that's both nutritious and delicious. Made with simple ingredients like lentils, paneer, and fresh vegetables, they're crispy, wholesome, and perfect for busy mornings.

Steps

  1. Soak lentils for a few hours or overnight, then drain
  2. Blend soaked lentils into a smooth batter with minimal water
  3. Transfer batter to a mixing bowl
  4. Add chopped onion, paneer, cilantro, green chilli, bell pepper, and grated carrot to the batter
  5. Add salt to taste and mix well
  6. Just before cooking, add Eno fruit salt and mix gently
  7. Heat a pan and lightly grease it
  8. Pour batter onto the pan and spread into pancake shape
  9. Cook until golden and crispy on both sides
  10. Serve hot with chutney
