Steps

  1. Boil or steam the kala channa and sweet potato until tender
  2. Chop the onion, cucumber, and tomato into small pieces
  3. Grate the carrot and chop the cilantro and green chili if using
  4. In a large bowl, combine the boiled kala channa, sweet potato, onion, cucumber, carrot, and tomato
  5. Add the roasted cumin and pepper powder and chaat masala
  6. Mix in the sweet chutney and Greek yogurt
