Mango Shrimp Tacos
These mango shrimp tacos are sweet, spicy, creamy, and ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a quick snack with juicy shrimp, sweet mango, and creamy avocado sauce all packed in one perfect taco.
Steps
- Chop onion, mango, jalapeños, and cherry tomatoes into small pieces and set aside
- Make avocado crema by blending jalapeño, avocado, garlic cloves, salt, pepper powder, Greek yogurt, cilantro, and half a lemon until smooth
- In a bowl, add shrimp with taco seasoning, juice of half a lemon, pepper powder, chili flakes, and salt, then marinate for 15 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes until thickened and water evaporates
- Make mango salsa by combining chopped onion, mango, tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, and garlic powder in a bowl
- Warm up tortillas
- Spread avocado crema on tortilla, add cooked shrimp, and top with mango salsa
