Steps
- Cube the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, chilli flakes, paprika, light and dark soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
- Add cubed salmon to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat and cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Prepare spicy lemon mayo by mixing light mayo with sriracha and lemon juice.
- Assemble each bowl with 100g cooked jasmine rice as the base.
- Top with cooked salmon, cucumber salad, sliced carrot, sliced red onion, and 50g avocado.
- Drizzle with spicy lemon mayo and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
