Steps
- Mash the plantain in a mixing bowl
- Add moong sprouts, boiled kala chana, and paneer to the bowl
- Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro
- Mix in chickpea flour and salt to bind the mixture
- Shape the mixture into cutlets
- Cook the cutlets in a pan until golden brown on both sides
- For the raita, combine grated carrot, grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, chili flakes, and salt in a bowl
