Spicy Egg Fried Rice
This spicy egg fried rice is incredibly easy and packed with flavor. With a savory base of garlic, ginger, and onions, plus a kick from chili oil, it's a quick and satisfying meal anyone can make at home.
Steps
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on low heat
- Add garlic and mix until fragrant
- Add ginger and continue mixing
- Add onion and cook until translucent
- Crack in 3 eggs
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well
- Once eggs are cooked, add cooked rice and mix
- Add soy sauce and stir to combine
- Add chili oil and mix through
- Add cilantro and sprinkle throughout
- Top with fresh green onions
- Transfer to a bowl and serve
