Spicy Egg Fried Rice

This spicy egg fried rice is incredibly easy and packed with flavor. With a savory base of garlic, ginger, and onions, plus a kick from chili oil, it's a quick and satisfying meal anyone can make at home.

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on low heat
  2. Add garlic and mix until fragrant
  3. Add ginger and continue mixing
  4. Add onion and cook until translucent
  5. Crack in 3 eggs
  6. Season with salt and pepper and mix well
  7. Once eggs are cooked, add cooked rice and mix
  8. Add soy sauce and stir to combine
  9. Add chili oil and mix through
  10. Add cilantro and sprinkle throughout
  11. Top with fresh green onions
  12. Transfer to a bowl and serve
