Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, sauté until soft
  2. Add ginger and garlic, cook briefly
  3. Add coriander powder, salt, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin powder
  4. Add peas and cook for some time
  5. Add boiled potatoes, carrots, and chopped beans, cook for some time
  6. Add chaat masala and mix well
  7. Cut puff pastry sheets into rectangle pieces
  8. Place a spoonful of vegetable filling in the center of each rectangle
  9. Fold and seal the edges
  10. Brush with milk or egg wash
  11. Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and flaky
