Bakery-Style Mixed Vegetable Puff

Steps
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, sauté until soft
- Add ginger and garlic, cook briefly
- Add coriander powder, salt, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin powder
- Add peas and cook for some time
- Add boiled potatoes, carrots, and chopped beans, cook for some time
- Add chaat masala and mix well
- Cut puff pastry sheets into rectangle pieces
- Place a spoonful of vegetable filling in the center of each rectangle
- Fold and seal the edges
- Brush with milk or egg wash
- Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and flaky
