Crispy Bakery-Style Egg Puffs

Flaky on the outside, spicy and flavorful inside — these bakery-style egg puffs are super easy to make at home. Perfect for tea time, parties, or when cravings hit!

Steps

  1. Boil eggs, peel, and cut them in half.
  2. Sprinkle salt and chili powder on the egg halves and set aside.
  3. In a pan, fry ginger and garlic until golden brown.
  4. Add onion and fry until softened.
  5. Add sugar, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
  6. Add green peas and mix well. The filling is ready.
  7. Cut puff pastry into squares.
  8. Place egg and masala filling in the center of each square.
  9. Fold and seal the edges gently.
  10. Brush with milk or egg wash.
  11. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  12. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  13. Serve warm.
