Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add water gradually to make a thick batter that coats the cauliflower florets.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat oil for deep frying in a pan over medium-high heat.
