Paneer Lollipops

These crispy paneer lollipops are the perfect party snack or appetizer that kids and adults will love. With a crunchy exterior and soft paneer inside, they're simple to make and irresistibly delicious.

Steps

  1. Mix together chili powder, pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce in a bowl to make the marination.
  2. Cut paneer into 9 pieces and add to the marination bowl.
  3. Chop bell pepper into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  4. Chop onion and add to the bowl, mixing everything together.
  5. Add corn starch and all-purpose flour to the marination.
  6. Add water as needed to coat all ingredients and mix well.
  7. Thread one piece each of onion, bell pepper, and paneer onto toothpicks to form lollipops.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  9. Fry the paneer lollipops until golden and crispy, turning to cook both sides evenly.
  10. Transfer to a colander lined with paper towels to drain.
  11. Serve hot with chili sauce or your favorite dip.
